We are hiring 1 Camp Coordinator
Compensation includes:
- $500
- Private Glamping accommodations
- Meals for the weekend

Responsibilities (not limited to):
– Manage and direct all camp volunteers
– Serve as camp liaison, answering questions and supporting the campers throughout the weekend
– Assist camp setup and breakdown
– Support with participant check-in
– Ensure snacks/water are always stocked
– Support with keeping facilities clean and tidy
– Manage evening campfires and smores station
– Direct campers to different workshops areas as needed
– Understand and support the risk management plan
Qualifications:
– You should have some experience managing a team of volunteers and/or employees
– You should be resourceful and a self-starter
– You should have some experience coordinating events (doesn’t necessarily have to be outdoor events)
– You should enjoy being outdoors
– You should be familiar with setting up and breaking down various styles of tents
– You should be comfortable starting a campfire
– You should be comfortable being on your feet outdoors most of the day in potentially wet/muddy conditions
– You should have transportation to and from the event
– Prefered, but not required: be first aid/cpr certified or Wilderness First Aid certified
We are looking for 10-15 Camp Volunteers
Setup team is required to arrive by 10am on Friday, May 27th and stay for an 8 hour shift.
Breakdown team is required to arrive by 8am on Monday, May 30th and stay for a 4 hour shift.
Weekend team is required to arrive by 10am on Friday, May 27th and stay through 12pm Monday, May 30th.
